We appreciate your trust in Spiritcrystals for your purchases. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you with returns, refunds, or exchanges. Below you’ll find all the information you need to navigate the process:
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Reach out to our Customer Service Team at support@spiritcrystals.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order details, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the next steps.
- Package the item(s) securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Send the package to the return address provided by our team.
Important notes:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
- Certain items (personalized goods or certain jewellery products for hygiene reasons e.g. earrings, rings etc.) are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund:
- For payments made by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
- If you used another payment method, we’ll guide you on how to receive your refund.
- Refunds may exclude shipping costs or restocking fees where applicable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for something else:
- Follow the same steps as for a return and specify that you’re requesting an exchange.
- Let us know the details of the item you’d like as a replacement. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value unless you’re happy to pay the difference.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
