- UK Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

*Exclusively for our larger spheres and towers range: these might be sent as separate parcels as they are cut and polished to order. This may extend processing time. The rest of your order will ship according to standard times. You might receive more than one parcel a few days apart.

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or broken.
