Spend £25 or more on three separate visits with your festive loyalty card. A completed card means you meet Santa free and get our top-tier mystery gift.

- Spend £25 or more on a visit to the Highcross shop and we’ll stamp your card. You need three separate visits to fill it.
- Bring your completed card on Saturday 12 or Saturday 19 December to meet Santa free and collect your top-tier mystery gift.
- A completed card is needed to meet Santa.
- One stamp per £25+ transaction, on separate visits.
- Bring your original card to get stamps. You hand it in when you collect your gift.
- Gifts can only be collected at SpiritCrystals Highcross on 12 or 19 December, 11am to 5pm. They can’t be held or collected outside these sessions.
- Unclaimed gifts are forfeited. No cash alternative.
Where to find Santa in Leicester
Our crystal shop is on the ground floor of Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester city centre. Santa is in the shop from 11am to 5pm on both Saturdays.

When is Santa at SpiritCrystals Highcross?
Saturday 12 December and Saturday 19 December 2026, from 11am to 5pm both days.
Do I need to book?
No. Visits are walk-in only, so just come along to the shop on the day. On busy afternoons there may be a short queue.
How much does it cost to meet Santa?
Meeting Santa is free with a completed festive loyalty card, and it includes our top-tier mystery gift. Santa visits are only through the loyalty card, so you need a completed card to meet him.
How do I fill my festive loyalty card?
Ask our team for a card in our Highcross shop. Spend £25 or more on a visit and we’ll stamp it. Three separate visits fill the card, and a completed card means you meet Santa free with our top-tier mystery gift.
Do purchases at Derbion or online count?
No. Stamps are only given for purchases in our Highcross, Leicester shop.
Can I get two stamps for one big purchase?
No. It’s one stamp per transaction of £25 or more, and each stamp has to be on a separate visit.
Do I need to bring the card?
Yes. Your original card is needed to get stamps and to collect your gift, and you hand the card in when you collect it.
Can I collect my gift on another day?
No. Gifts can only be collected during the Santa sessions: Saturday 12 or Saturday 19 December, 11am to 5pm. Gifts can’t be held, unclaimed gifts are forfeited, and there’s no cash alternative.
Is the festive loyalty card the same as the Rock Family?
No. The festive loyalty card is a separate card just for meeting Santa this Christmas.
