Good to know
Can I skip or cancel?Yes, any time from My Account, up to the day before full-moon week, when we pick and pack. No contract.
Will I get the same crystals twice?No. We photograph every box before it's sealed, so we always know what you've had.
Can I give it as a gift?Choose "Just once", answer the 3 questions for them, and add a gift note at checkout.
What about delivery?Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 on Small, Medium and Large boxes. The Mini box is £3.49, or free if you collect in store. Boxes are picked in full-moon week and posted by the end of it. Box orders don't earn stamps (the pet rock is your monthly reward), but they count towards Silver and Gold.
