Statement pieces and one-offs: yes, the exact piece. Everyday crystals are hand-picked from the same batch, so yours will be similar but unique.
Our crystals are fragile, so please unpack and check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is broken, email us photos of the piece and the packaging within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you. Please keep the box and packaging until you're happy. Natural marks are part of a crystal, not damage.
