Prehnite
Soft pale green beads, often with dark green or black needle-like inclusions running through them, with a gentle glassy glow.
About prehnite
Prehnite is a calcium aluminium silicate, usually pale green. It was the first mineral named after a person, the Dutch colonel Hendrik von Prehn, who brought it from South Africa in the 18th century. The dark needles are often epidote.
In crystal tradition prehnite is linked with calm, inner knowing and healing the healer. It is said to bring a sense of peace and preparedness.
How people use it
Worn every day for its soft green colour, on its own or with clear quartz and green stones. A gentle gift for someone who looks after others.
Care
Roll the bracelet on rather than stretching it. Take it off before swimming or showering, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
Crystal meanings describe tradition and belief, not medical advice.
