About green kyanite blade
Kyanite is an aluminium silicate that forms long bladed crystals. Its hardness depends on direction: about 4.5 along the blade and around 7 across it. Green kyanite is much rarer than the familiar blue.
Crystal tradition links green kyanite with the heart, balance and a connection to nature. Like blue kyanite, it is said not to hold onto negative energy and is used to cleanse other stones.
How people use it
Keep a blade on a desk, windowsill or altar, or set it beside other crystals. A good addition to heart or nature grids and quiet meditation.
Care
Brittle and splinters along the blade, so handle gently and avoid knocks. Do not soak. Dust with a soft brush and store flat on its own.
