Moonstone (Rainbow)
Milky white, semi-translucent stone with a glowing blue flash that glides across the surface as you move it. Some pieces show hints of purple, green or gold in the shimmer.
About moonstone (rainbow)
Rainbow Moonstone is a white feldspar, a close relative of labradorite, rather than a true moonstone in the strict sense. Its blue flash comes from light scattering between very fine layers inside the stone. Much of it comes from India.
In crystal tradition Rainbow Moonstone is linked with the moon, intuition and new beginnings. It is said to bring calm and emotional balance, and it is traditionally used as a stone for dreams and for women's cycles.

Place it on a windowsill on a full moon night, keep it by the bed, or carry it as a gentle companion stone. It is a lovely gift for a new chapter.
Care
Moonstone can split along natural layers if knocked. Clean with lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth, then dry. Store it apart from harder stones.
