Meaning
What lapis lazuli is said to do
Where the name comes from
From the Latin lapis, “stone”, and lazulum, from the Persian word for blue. It has been mined in the mountains of Afghanistan for more than 6,000 years, was set into Tutankhamun’s golden mask, and was ground into ultramarine, the blue Renaissance painters used for the Virgin Mary’s robes.
All that history has made it a stone of wisdom, truth and royalty.
Crystal meanings describe tradition and belief, not medical advice.

Speaking upLinked with the throat chakra, for finding your voice.
