Snowflake Obsidian
Black volcanic glass scattered with soft grey-white spots that look like snowflakes or blossom. The pale flowers stand out sharply against the dark, glossy background.
About snowflake obsidian
Snowflake Obsidian is natural volcanic glass that formed when lava cooled very quickly. Over time, small clusters of the mineral cristobalite grew inside the glass, creating the white snowflake patterns.
Crystal tradition calls Snowflake Obsidian a stone of balance. It is said to bring calm and clarity, help you see patterns in your life and recognise growth in difficult times, and it is traditionally linked with grounding.

Carry it in a pocket, keep it on a desk or hold it during meditation. Its gentle look makes it a popular first protective stone and a good gift.
Care
Snowflake Obsidian is glass and can chip if dropped. Wash with lukewarm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. Store apart from harder stones.
