Sunstone
Warm orange, peach and gold stone with a glittering shimmer inside. Tiny reflective flakes catch the light as you turn it, like sparks under the surface.
About sunstone
Sunstone is a feldspar, usually oligoclase. Its sparkle is called aventurescence and comes from tiny plate-like inclusions, often hematite or goethite, that reflect light from inside the stone.
In crystal tradition sunstone is linked with warmth, optimism and confidence. It is said to bring a sunny, cheerful energy and is often chosen by people wanting a little more courage or get-up-and-go.

Keep one in a pocket or on a desk for a bright lift through the day. It also makes a cheerful gift and sits well on a sunny windowsill display or in a grid.
Care
Fairly tough but can chip if knocked. Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry it. Store away from harder stones to keep the shine.
