Mugwort
Dried mugwort in silvery green, soft and fluffy, with a sage-like scent.
About mugwort
Mugwort is the first herb named in the Anglo-Saxon Nine Herbs Charm. In medieval Europe travellers put it in their shoes to keep from tiring, and it was gathered on Midsummer's Eve as a protective herb.
Mugwort is the classic herb of dreams and intuition, and is often put in dream pillows.
In a potion
Add it to wisdom and protection potions, or to a dream jar. Not for use if you are pregnant.
Safety
Not for use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. For rituals only, not for eating or drinking. Keep away from children and pets.
Herb meanings describe folk tradition and belief, not medical advice.
