Lepidolite
Lilac to pinkish purple stone that glitters with tiny flakes of mica. The surface can look sugary or scaly, with a soft pearly sparkle when it catches the light.
About lepidolite
Lepidolite is a lithium-bearing mica and an ore of lithium. Its name comes from the Greek lepidos, meaning scale, after the small glittering flakes it forms. Its lilac colour comes from traces of manganese.
Crystal tradition holds Lepidolite as one of the most calming stones. Because it contains lithium, it is said to ease stress and worry, and it is traditionally linked with emotional balance and restful sleep.

Keep Lepidolite on the bedside table, hold it when you need a calm moment, or tuck it in a pocket on a busy day. It also makes a gentle gift for someone under strain.
Care
Lepidolite is soft and its mica flakes can lift or scratch. Keep it dry, avoid salt and water cleansing, and store it on its own wrapped in a soft cloth.
