Nettle
Dried green nettle leaves, crumbled and earthy. Drying takes the sting away.
About nettle
Nettle is one of the nine herbs of the Anglo-Saxon Nine Herbs Charm, and people have woven cloth from nettle fibre since the Bronze Age.
Because it stings, nettle has long been used in folk magic for protection: to keep unwanted energy away, and to send back what was sent to you. It is also a herb of courage and strength.
In a potion
Add it to protection and confidence potions, or keep a pouch of it near your front door.
Safety
For rituals and display only, not for eating or drinking. Keep away from children and pets, and store dry, out of direct sunlight.
Herb meanings describe folk tradition and belief, not medical advice.
